we have seen cctv installed at ATM but at control room though oprator saw any unfair activity by ATM user he cant do any thing, at least , he should be able to pass instruction, for this two way voice communication could be the solution we have this system . if any one intrested pl. contact.

I totally agree with you.

Also since retail banks are distributed it is great to have a distributed approach and should have the ability of pulling data on CMS when ever needed.
