Command and Control Systems Leader (CCTV)
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a unique opportunityfor an experienced C&C Technical expert with strong interpersonal and coaching skills. The candidate will take responsibility for diverse tasks and act as both a C&C technical lead and a coaching instructor for C&C room operators.

The C&C Leader will operate command and control systems during deployment of complex security infrastructure including surveillance systems (CCTV, sensors), border/access control and radars. The candidate will be responsible for configuration and testing of the command and control systems. He/She will also train C&C room operators in the above mentioned technology.

DUTIES:

• Act as a main site command and control operator
• Perform as the C&C training team’s main representative for a specific project
• Operate command and control systems during demonstrations, delivery and technical operation stages
• Perform operational configuration test and maintain status during the project lifetime
• Test command and control systems to indentify technical issues and report on a daily basis
• Support and coach the site C&C operators throughout the project lifetime

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Technical Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ proven experience with command and control operations and systems
• Knowledge of sensor operations: electro optics, radars, access control etc.
• Experienced with software system testing
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Training experience
• Experience in relocation projects
• Experience in installation and configuration of security systems
• Good technical IT knowledge - advantage
• Experience working in Oil and Gas projects - advantage

We are currently searching for a Project Manager (Sensor Installation), for an International technology group based in the Emirates (Abu Dhabi). This group are a world leader in their field with operations across the region and worldwide. They require a strong technical leader who will manage security sensors installation teams and drive the continued expansion in the region and worldwide.

DUTIES:

• responsible for the daily operation work of the implementation group
• as a senior manager, leading the division Security Sensors installation teams
• manage the supervisors and installation teams across onsite security sensors implementation program
• support solving problems during onsite installation,
• coordinate installation sensors sub-contractors,
• reporting feedback with technical issues
• support the QA actives on site as part of the QA Team Lead by the QA Manager
• agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply
• identifying and solving arising design problems
• 10+ years experience with security solutions


REQUIREMENTS:

• experience in multi installation activities: hardware , wiring , fibre optic, communication
• experience supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
• experience in writing technical and management system reports
• knowledge of MS Project, Excel and Word
• driving license
• ability to influence people and cooperate with a team
• good planning skills

EDUCATION:

• Bsc Or B. Tech in electrical or communication engineering or equivalent degree
