Desired Candidate Profile
• HVAC / BMS:
1. Experience in controller networking, programming, commissioning and checkout of Building Automation Systems.
2. Knowledge on Building Controls Open Systems (LON, BACnet, OPC, Modbus).
• Access/Security:
1. Experience in commissioning of Analog as well as Digital Video systems with strong exposure to the DVR's, Switchers, Cameras.
2. Experience in commissioning of Access Control Systems with strong exposure in latest technology in Readers, Biometrics system
• Fire/Life Safety:
1. Experience in commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems with strong exposure to NFPA72 and IS2189 standards.
Job Description
• Would be Single point contact for customer and handle triple constraint of time, scope and cost for the Project.
• Responsible for Planning resources
• Coordination with various teams
• Making User requirement Analysis
• Making Technical / Commercial negotiations
• Making various Presentations and Demonstrations .
• Preparation of the site
• Maintaining Vendor Relations
• Responsible for Health Safety Environment norms on site
• Contract Handling
• FMEA / C&E Analysis
• Cash Flow Management
• Revenue / Collections
