COMPANY PROFILE: FIDELITY SYSTEMS was started in the year of 1987,
on the 15 th of August, to coincide with the independence day of
our country and to begin our independent journey in to the world of
innovative entrepreneurship. Like our nation, we pledged to give
our best in whatever we attempted, and to strive hard till we
achieve our targets and then strive hard again to better them. We
believed in being true to our capabilities our responsibilities,
our commitments, and ourselves. We believed in giving our best to
fulfill the needs of the customers, to give the best possible
advise to them and to deliver the most cost effective solutions
within the limits of compromises allowed by them. We believed in
delivering exactly what we promised, to the exact specifications
and attributes- i.e., exact fidelity. Hence, the name "FIDELITY
SYSTEMS". The range of activities of FIDELITY covers almost the
entire range of electronics. We are in to several areas like
Security, Surveillance, Broadcast, Telecommunication and Power
Electronics. Over a period of time, the company has acquired
specialist knowledge in all the spheres given above, and has proven
itself to be a capable firm - be it design, installation,
commissioning, maintenance and repairs. We have several jobs that
prove our credentials beyond doubt. FIDELITY was one of the first
companies in their spheres of activities to prove that a small
scale company can not only do a job that is expected of a
multinational, but can actually do it better, more economically due
to low overheads. We have successfully competed with very large
government sector units with access to unlimited funds, scores of
trained man power, very favourable government attitude which
usually encouraged only public sector companies, and long track
record, and won several contracts in open competition with them.
Our proposals, many a time known for their simplistic approach,
provision for redundancy and reliability, emphasis on expandability
and adaptability for different environments have found favour among
most customers, who for years have got used to having no choice
other than taking what has been thrust on them by these public
sector companies. Our committed approach tuned to customer needs in
sharp contrast with the taken for granted approach by the
competitors has won the appreciation of all our customers, and even
some of our competitors who at times used to recommend our company
for jobs beyond them. Innovativeness was one of the hallmarks of
FIDELITY. Most of our solutions used to be unconventional, but just
as functional. We used to have such a hard time convincing our
customers about the functionality of our solutions, but in the end,
it was usually the customer that insisted on using our methods.
This was possible because of our complete understanding of the
customers requirements, our country's environment, priorities,
administrative setup including the ever present red tapism, the
infinite variety of products and services available around the
globe, and to some extent, excellent rapport with major
manufacturers around the world. This enabled us to offer many
choices for one requirement, without appearing biased towards one
source. This usually wins the confidence of the customer. We
believe in gathering as much information as possible and constantly
update our knowledge in all spheres which will enable us to
approach our customer with more confidence, offer better and more
flexible solutions, and best of all at a price most of the time
cheaper than anyone else. We firmly believe in putting ourselves in
the customer's shoes and try to think like him before offering our
solutions. We are also not embarrassed of learning from the
customer or the supplier if it means that our solution will be
better suited to the customer's needs. Most of our intending
suppliers mistake us to be time wasters who does not appear to be
serious, without realising that because of our seriousness only, we
are asking as much information as possible, to enable us to be in a
better position to give more priority to our customer's needs. We
may not exactly give business to every one contacted, and several
manufacturers have seen our point of view and have supplied us with
as much information as requested. We, in turn have tried to use
those companies products in our proposals, as we firmly believe
that a company that can not even supply information, can possibly
not support us and in turn, our customer, effectively. 2 With the
above positive attributes in our favour, we have been able to
achieve excellent growth and have had an excellent performance in
the previous years. We have tied up with some multinational firms
for whom we have been able to get sizable business. Our aim of
achieving a growth rate better than the industry standard, worthy
of fast growing companies is easily fulfilled with our capabilities
and our customer's continued encouragement. The Indian market also
has opened up very much considerably, and has created many more
opportunities for growth. The government also has on its part has
been encouraging growth oriented companies to involve more in
economy building. With this scenario prevalent, we see a very
bright future for us in the crystal ball. Infrastructure: The
company has its registered office in the city of SECUNDERABAD, part
of the twin cities of HYDERABAD, in the center of southern India,
located almost half way between BOMBAY and MADRAS. It is easily
accessible to any part of India being in the center. It has a fully
functional branch office in the national capital, DELHI and is
about to set up offices in other three major metros - BOMBAY,
CALCUTTA and MADRAS. The company has well trained manpower in all

institutes and defense labs abound in this city, due to which there
is a large bank of skilled and trained technical manpower

polytechnics in and around the city, continuous availability of
technical manpower is also assured. Facilities for general and
technical education are among the best again. The cost of hiring
manpower is also among the lowest in Indian cities and HYDERABAD
offers the most collective mixture of different religions,
nationalities and sects. Every one feels quite at home in HYDERABAD

Owner of the firm. An electronics engineer with abundant skills in
man management, she complements others who look after core
technical and marketing and commercial activities. With more than
twenty-seven years of experience in production, development and
quality control, she was able to improve the skills of the
employees through her strengths in management skills. Her unique
ability in foreseeing loopholes in steps to be taken by the company
along with her intuitive skills in assessing the situation has
helped the company many a time. It can be said that her
contribution to the company in managing the daily operations with
skill has been enormous and her presence during negotiations adds
strength to the company. She also has been instrumental in
initiating many a reform in the company that benefited us a great
deal, be it reduction in overheads, increase in profitability,
improving employee - employer relationship and furthering public
relations. C.VENKATA RAMANA: An electronics engineer, with more
than twenty eight years of experience, he is also the chief
executive of the company. He has with his positive attitude;
innovative approach and creative ideas lead the company from its
very humble beginnings to what it is today. With his background
involving development and designs, and an established track record
of over sixteen years in various capacities, he has been able to
build up a team of dedicated performers. Under his stewardship, the
company has been able to achieve and some times exceed the targets
set, be it a design, a project or an individual solution. His
capabilities span the entire activities of the company and he has
trained many engineers in all those spheres of activities. He acted
as consultant to many an industry, and has suggested many
innovative solutions to complex problems. His ability to see in to
the future has helped the company in producing equipment and

designed under his leadership as well as highly successful
indigenous products. He is in-charge of the R&D, Technical
liaison and Marketing departments. G.KRISHNA MURTHY: An electronics
engineer with distinguished career spanning more than 34 years, he
is another technical backbone for the unit. A product of IIT,
Delhi, he worked on technologies bordering on the state of the art
during his stint with Bharat Electronics Ltd, and subsequently with
another defense contractor. During his career, he was involved in
development of Microwave communication equipment, transmitters and
receivers and also sub-systems needed for defense. His experience
in deployment, system design, engineering, planning, installation
and commissioning and maintenance during his six year stint with
Ministry of Interior, Qatar has given him the extra global edge.
His contribution to satellite image analysis and archiving has been
instrumental in development of the first and still the only
indigenous alternative to expensive, imported Satellite Film
Recorders, a product that fetched excellent revenues to the company
he worked for. Image analysis has always been his forte and hi-tech
product design and project implementation is his strength. His
contribution in finding high-end solutions, using his vast
professional contacts would greatly be of immense help both to the
firm and the clients we work for. V.G.SUBRAMANIAN: A chartered
accountant by qualification and finance professional par excellence
with more than thirty years of experience, he is at home planning
