I noticed you are looking for a CCTV camera partner where as we are looking for solar perimeter protection.
We offer DVR's that stream only stream based on event (a trigger from your system) and use Laser IR illuminater (less power then LED) and solid state recording to reduce power draw.
We also hope that by using your system and our software we can cover large areas with just one PTZ camera.
Our PTZ cameras can see up to 20km in the day and are 360 degree pan and 90 degree tilt so there are no blind spots.
